28"x22" Finger painting brush hybrid, Oil on Hardboard

This started out as a live demonstration piece at a night club, and latter as a live demo at a booth for a parade.

I just kinda played off the crowd, music, lights, and general atmosphere, using fingers and a bit of rag to get the general idea out. This piece is fairly expressionist, a direction I seam to be leaning more and more with my work. Latter, I spent several sessions with fingers and brush work to better clarify certain elements. The characters and stars/lights, are meant to seam as though they blend together. The figures are being elevated by the music, ascending, and transforming into the stars themselves.
